The filters arent good, it doesnt sync with the contacts and it deleted all my contacts. I wish I could have my $ back

The app is not working. After I downloaded the app and installing it, it does not allow you to go to the main screen to block number. It is a scan. When you try to report a problem, the screen goes to file not found Error 404
